国有企业高层经营者对企业的生存与发展至关重要 ,对其管理改革必须以有效资本市场为支撑点。回顾对我国资本市场有效性的研究 ,我国资本市场是否具有弱型效率仍有争议 ,大多数专家、学者认为还不是有效。在此基础上 ,本文对建设有效资本市场提出一些建议。

The chief executives of the state-owned enterprise are vital for the survival and development of the enterprises,so the effective capital market must be used as the supporting point in managing the chief executives. By reviewing the research of our country's capital market's efficiency,there is an argument about whether there only exists the weak efficiency in our country's capital market,Most of the specialists and learners think that it is not efficient enough. On the basis of this conclusion , this article makes some suggestions on how to establish an effective market.
