溃疡散治疗消化性溃疡的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Treating Peptic Ulcer by Kuiyang San

目的 :观察自拟溃疡散治疗消化性溃疡的临床疗效。方法 :应用溃疡散治疗消化性溃疡 10 7例 ,与西药泰胃美片治疗的 5 4例作比较。服药 30d后判定近期疗效 ,停药半年后观察溃疡的复发情况。结果 :治疗组总有效率为 94 39% ,治愈率为 86 91% ;对照组分别为 92 5 9%和 83 33 %。经 χ2 检验两组近期疗效比较差异无显著性意义 (P >0 0 5 )。停药半年后治疗组溃疡复发率为 6 45 % ,对照组为 2 6 6 7% ,两者比较差异有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :溃疡散治疗消化性溃疡的近期疗效与泰胃美片相似 ,而遏制溃疡复发则优于泰胃美片。

Objective:To observe the therapeutic efficacy of Kuiyang San self making on peptic ulcer. Methods:107 cases of peptic ulcer were treated with Kuiyang San self making(treated group)and 54 cases were treated with Tagamet tablets(control group). Additionally,for taking medicine to observe short term therapeutic efficacy after 30 days and stopping medicine to observe the recurring situation of peptic ulcer after half a year. Results:The total effective rates were 94.39% and 92.59% in treatment group and control group respectively, the cured rates were 86.91% and 83.33% in treatment group and control group respectively, there had no significant differences in short term therapeutic efficacy between two groups(P> 0 05 ). The recurring rates of peptic ulcer were 6.45% and 26.67% in treatment group and control group respectively after half a year,there had significant difference in recurring rates between two groups(P< 0 05 ).Conclusion:The short term therapeutic efficacy of Kuiyang San on peptic ulcer was similar as Tagamet tablets, but it was better than Tagamet tablets in recurring rates on peptic ulcer.
