摘要
随着市场经济的发展 ,供应商与经销商之间的关系倍受关注 ,建立供销联盟成为大势所趋 ,而如何维护和发展这种联盟也是一个重要的问题。本文针对这点提出了自己的见解 ,即建立供销双方的激励机制 ,并就如何建立进行了讨论。
With the development of market economy, the relationship between the suppliers and sellers is emphasized day by day and establishing a marketing alliance has become the irresistible trends. How to maintain and develop this alliance is also an important problem. The author brings forward his own ideas about it in this paper, that is, establishing a stimulating mechanism both in the suppliers and sellers and discusses the way on how to establish it
