Nd∶YAG Laser Removal of Fibrous Membrane and Remnants after Cataract Extraction and Intraocular Lens Implantation

目的 评价Nd∶YAG激光治疗白内障术后人工晶状体前纤维膜及残留物的临床疗效。方法 回顾性总结Nd∶YAG激光治疗白内障术后人工晶状体前纤维膜及残留物共 2 1例 2 1眼 ;激光参数 :单次脉冲能量 0 8～3 5mJ,击发次数 11～ 113次。结果 所有患者一次治疗均使瞳孔区透明 ,2例复发 ;术后视力提高率 10 0 % ;术前视力平均 0 2 2± 0 17,术后视力平均 0 42±0 12 ,差异有非常显著意义 (P <0 0 1) ,治疗后视力明显提高。主要并发症有虹膜出血、人工晶状体损伤和眼压升高 ,各 2例 ,各占 9 5 %。结论 Nd∶YAG激光清除白内障囊外摘除术后人工晶状体前纤维膜及残留物安全。

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of Nd∶YAG laser on removing the fibrous membrane and remnants after cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation. Methods 21 eyes of 21 patients with fibrous membrane and/or remnants after cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation were subjected to Nd∶YAG laser explosion. The single pulse energy was 0.8-3.5 mJ and the total explosive times were 11-113 shots. Results Visual acuity improvement was obtained in all patients. The average visual acuity before and after laser treatment was 0.22±0.17 and 0.42±0.12, respectively. There was a significant difference (P<0 01)。 Conclusions Nd∶YAG laser is an effective and safe method for the treatment of fibrous membrane and remnants after cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation.
