泪道阻塞再通管治疗慢性泪囊炎的临床观察

The clinical observation of lacrimal artificial canal on chronic dacryocystitis

目的 观察泪道阻塞再通管治疗慢性泪囊炎的临床效果。方法 对 72例 81眼慢性泪囊炎进行泪道阻塞再通管逆行植入术。结果 随访 3月～ 15月 ,6 9例 78眼治愈占 96 .3% ,3例 3眼好转占 3.7%。结论 该手术方法操作简单 ,易于掌握 ,无创伤 ,治愈率高 ,无明显并发症 ,具有较好的临床应用价值。

Objective To observation the clinical effect of lacrimal artifical canal treatment of chronic dacryocystitis.Methods 72 cases (81 eyes) chronic dacryocysitis were treated by reverse implantion with lacrimal artifical canal.Results After follow up for 3～15 months,69 cases 78 eyes(96.3%) is recovery,3 cases 3 eyes(3.7%) is improved.Conclusion The operation is simple and grasped easily,no injury,high cure rate,without any obvious complications,so it has a pratical value of the clinical application.
