滑膜肉瘤的影像学诊断(附15例分析)

Imaging diagnosis of synoviosarcoma (report of 10 cases)

目的 探讨滑膜肉瘤的平片、CT征象。方法 回顾对照分析15例经手术病理证实的滑膜肉瘤病例的X线照片和CT影像。结果 15例有软组织肿块、6例有骨的改变。这些征象X线、CT均能发现。CT还可显示X线难以发现的征象:肿瘤的内部结构、确切的范围及邻近组织受侵情况。结论 X线检查和CT扫描是本病的重要影像学检查手段,两者结合可为临床提供更准确、丰富的影像信息,但其影像学表现仍缺乏特异性,确诊有赖于病理。

To probe the plain film and CT signs of synoviosarcoma. Methods The plain films and CT findings of 15 patients with surgiopathologically proved synoviosarcoma were retrospectively analyzed. Results Soft-tissue mass was noted in 15 patients and bony alteration noted in 6 patients on both plain film and CT. The tumoral intrinsic structure, extent and invasion into the adjacent tissues were better depicted on CT than on plain film. Conclusion Plain film and CT are the important imaging assessments in the diagnosis of synoviosarcoma. The combination of the both can provide much more precise and abundant imaging information. The imaging appearance of synoviosarcoma lacks specificity. The definite diagnosis of this tumor relies on pathological examination.
