The effect of interventional treatment on laminin expression of hepatocellular carcinoma

目的 研究介入治疗对肝细胞癌(HCC)层粘连蛋白(LN)表达的影响。方法 手术病理证实的HCC 98例,单纯手术组57例,介入治疗后Ⅱ期切除(介入治疗组)41例。采用免疫组化方法检测各标本LN。结果 LN表达阳性率和表达强度,介入治疗组较单纯手术组显著降低。结论 介入治疗可拮抗LN的作用而抑制HCC浸润转移潜能。

To study the effect of interventional treatment on laminin(LN) expression of hepatoeel-lular carcinoma (HCC), Methods 98 patients with histologically - proven HCC were divided into 2 groups: 57 patients without previous treatment (only surgery group) and 41 patients undergoing interventional treatment before operation (interventional group) . LN was measured by immunohistochemistry. Results The percentages of LN positive cases and the degree of In expression were significantly higher and stronger in patients in only sutgery group than in those in interventional group. Conclusions Interventional treatment could significantly inhibit the expression of LN and might restrict the invasiveness and/or metastasis of HCC.
