鼻咽癌颅底侵犯的途径及CT表现

CT findings of nasopharyngeal carcinoma with skull base involvement and the rout of involvement.

目的 探讨鼻咽癌(NPC)颅底侵犯的途径及CT表现。方法 回顾性分析70例病理证实的NPC颅底侵犯的CT资料。结果 最常见的侵犯部位是翼突内、外板,蝶骨体及枕骨斜坡。颅底侵犯以骨质破坏最常见,占71％,其次为骨质硬化占21％,二者并存最少见,仅占8％。侵犯途径可分为5种,以向上、向前、向后上多见。结论 CT可以显示NPC侵犯途径,但侵犯途径的分类有待统一。

To study the routes and CT findings of NPC with skull base involvement Methods CT findings in seventy patients with NPC and involvement of skull base were reviewed. Results The most common bone destruction sites included processus pterygoidens, the body of sphenoid and clivas. The findings were divided into three types: destroy type, sclerosis type and mixture type, which were 71%, 21%, and 8% respectively. The routes of skull base invaded could be divided into five directions. The common invaded routes were the superior direction, the anterior direction and the posterior - superior direction. Conclusion CT could demonstrate the involvement of skull base in the patient with NPC.
