小切口非超声乳化白内障摘出术的临床应用

Clinical observation of small incision non-phacoemulsification cataract surgery and IOL implantation

目的 探讨小切口非超声乳化白内障摘出术的临床疗效。方法 30 6例 (30 6眼 )有核白内障 ,作 6～8m m的角巩膜切口 ,晶状体圈娩出晶状体核 ,植入人工晶状体。结果 术后 3天 ,2 0 8眼视力≥ 0 .5 (6 8% )。结论 小切口非超声乳化白内障摘出术是一种疗效好、设备便宜、容易掌握。

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of small incision non-phacoemulsification cataract surgery and IOL implantation.Methods In 306 eyes of cataract with lens nucleus,we made 6-8 sclerocorneal tunnel incision,then used lens loop to extract the lens nucleus,implanted intraocular lens.Results Three days after operation,the vision of 208 eyes was≥0.5(68%).Conclusion Small incision non-phacoemulsification cataract surgery and IOL implantatin was valuable to be applied extensively due to simple operation method,cheap equipment and good visual result
