摘要
目的评价地塞米松对血流、中性粒细胞和内皮细胞功能及缺血再灌注的骨骼肌活力的影响。方法利用SD大鼠后肢止血带缺血模型 ,观察活体微循环 ,计数血循环中激活的中性粒细胞、测定胫前肌含水量、观察胫前肌组织形态及血管内皮细胞超微结构的变化。结果地塞米松能疏通缺血再灌注组织的微循环 ,降低血循环中激活中性粒细胞数、减轻胫前肌含水量、胫前肌的组织学和超微结构变化比对照组小。结论地塞米松使血流明显改善 ,抑制血循环中中性粒细胞的激活 ,提高缺血再灌注骨骼肌的活力 ,保护内皮细胞免受缺血再灌注损伤。
Objective To evaluate the effects of dexamethasone on blood flow, function of neutrophil and endothelial cells, and viability of ischemic skeletal muscle.Methods We observed the change of microcirculation in the Sprague_Dawley rat's hindlimb in vivo, calculated the number of activated neutrophils in circulation, observed skeletal muscle morphology, water content, and capillary endothelium ultrastucture.Results The blood flow of the treatment group was significantly better than that in the ischmic control group. Dexamethasone significantly attenuated the number of activated neutrophils after reperfusion in the circulation, reduced the water content of the tibialis anterior, and protected the muscle morphology and the ultrastucture of the capillary endotheliocyte. Conclusions Dexamethasone significantly attenuated the number of activated neutrophils after reperfusion in the circulation, improved ischemic skeletal muscle and protected endothelial cells from catching reperfusion injury.
