摘要
有机化学实验的核心是合成与分离。在深化实验教学改革中 ,基本操作训练的基础上 ,增设了综合性较强的“序列合成”与“色谱及多组分分离”两大板块实验 。
Synthesis and separation are the core of organic chemistry experiment. This paper introduced how to increase two pieces of experimetns, “sequent synthesis” and “chromatography or multi group separation” in the experiment teaching reform. As a result, this reform improved students' comprehensive ability and quality.
