摘要
坚持校系二级管理体制 ,加强系对仪器设备的调控力度 ,实行全系仪器设备的统管共用 ;建立并完善了实验室检查制度和实验人员考核管理办法 ;加强实验教学内容和方法的改革 。
The main contents of the reformation: hold on to the administrative system at two levels,that is, the university and the department,to strengthen the supervision of the experimental instrument and lab facilities;to establish and improve the check system of the lab and the administrative approach of the lab stuff;to enforce the reformation of the experiment teaching content and method;attach importance to the student's ability and creativity in doing experiment.
