本文对知识经济时代科技期刊可持续发展的影响因素进行了分析。认为正面影响因素有：科技期刊多，基础知识设施工程建设成绩斐然，编辑出版工作初步实现了现代化，出版媒介呈现出印刷版、光盘版、网络版的多元化特点，期刊在推行标准化、规范化方面也取得了较大进步；负面影响因素有：学术质量不高，文献利用率低，出版时滞长，年载文量少，英文版期刊数量少，影响因子小，发行渠道不畅通，保护知识产权的法制还不健全，编辑力量不足，办刊经费紧张等。科技期刊唯有强化有利因素，消除不利影响，才能适应知识经济时代的要求，实现可持续发展。

In this paper,the influencing factors of science tech nology journals sustainable development in intellectual economy are analyzed.Positive i nf luencing factors include numerous science technology journals,splendid resu lts achieved in knowledge infrastructure, the initial accomplishment of modernization in editing and publishi ng,various publishing media such as printi ng edition,CD edition,net edition etc.and great advances made in sta nda rdization of journals.Negative influencing factors include low academic value of research pap ers,low utillization ratio of documents,longer period of publishing,few English versions for sciencetechnology journals,small influence element,impeded i ssue circulation,imperfect law system about intellectual property rights,insuff iciency in editor force,inadequate fund etc. The positive factors should be strengthened,and the negative factors shou ld be eliminated,so that the requirement of the intellectual economy times can be met and the science technology journals sustainable development can be accomplished.
