Since large information input in needed for the informatization of an enterprise it is a problem calling for further profound stady how to distribute information resourse between its separate accounting units. Based upon the resource distribution models by Golang and Mandell, a comprehensive consideration is placed on the technical effectiveness of each and every decision-making unit as well as the overall efficiency and equality principles. The principal purpose of this paper is to put forward a new mathematical model of an enterprise's information resource distribution, which is followed up with a discussion about the conditions and requirements concerned. Finally an exemplification is employed to demonstrate this model.
