摘要
以苯甲醛和丙酮为原料 ,氟化钾 氧化铝作催化剂合成了苄叉丙酮 .通过正交实验得到了影响反应的四种主要因素的大小顺序为 :原料配比 >催化剂用量 >反应温度 >苯甲醛的滴加速度 ;最佳工艺条件 :丙酮∶苯甲醛∶催化剂物质量的比为 1∶0 .6∶0 .0 5 ,反应温度 40℃ ,苯甲醛滴加速度 2h,反应时间 1h .收率可达95 0 % .
Benzaldehyde and acetone used as materials,the benzylidene acetone is synthesized in the presence of potassium fluoride on alumina.The sequence of the effects on reaction is benzaldehyde>catalyst>reaction tempreture>the dropping speed of benzaldehyde.The optimum production conditions are as follows:acetone:benzaldehyde:atalyst is 1mol∶0 6mol∶0 05mol,reaction tempreture is 40℃,the dropping speed of benzaldehyde is 2 h,the reaction time is 1 h.Under the optimum conditions,the yield of benzylidene acetone can reach 95.0%.
