摘要 通过实验确定 0 .1mg LBR为盐胁迫下提高小麦抗盐性的最适浸种浓度 ;在不同浓度NaCl处理下 ,0 .1mg LBR浸种的小麦胚芽鞘长度、地上部分高度、根长、根数、地上部分干重、根干重均明显高于同等浓度NaCl处理的清水浸种的小麦 ; The most fitting concentration of seed soaking by Brassinolide that can raise the salt tolerance of Maize were determined by experiment.It is 0 1 mg/L.Under different concentrations of NaCl,The length of coleoptile,height of shoot,length of root,number of root and dry weight of shoot and root of Maize that the seed were soaked by 0 1 mg/L BR are significently higher than that were soaked by water treated by same concentration of NaCl .The membrane permability of Maize shoot which soaked by BR is lower than that by water.
