摘要
当前,建设银行基层行机构网点设置存在许多弊端,主要是机构臃肿、人浮于事,效率低下,而且网点分散、粗放经营,风险系数大。必须进行改革。一是对机关机构进行改革,做到精简高效,并因事设岗、以岗定编,分流富余人员;二是加快网点撤并力度,走集约化经营之路,降低筹资成本;三是对市、县两级建行的设置依据进行改革,打破传统的按行政区划设置机构的做法,根据经济发展情况设置分支机构。
Recently there are many abuses in selling, organization in sub-branch of Construction Bank The main abuses are too large organization, over-many people with less work, low efficiency, over-scattered net, extensive management and with high risk rate. So we must have three reforms on the abuses. First, to the offices organization, we should set posts according to actual situation, and disperse extra officers in order to keep high efficiency, secondly, we must dismiss unnecessary net-organizations to low the saving cost,and the last, to city and country bank, we should set organizations only according to the economic development, not administration region.
