摘要
针对自动化车床连续加工工序的特点,在实际可行性的基础上,选择适当的抽检方案及刀具更换方案。模型1在实际经验的基础上利用现代工具——计算机进行搜索获得较好的结果。针对问题2引入损益函数建立模型2,通过研究损失费用来达到最佳的工序设计。在问题3的讨论中采用预控法,对工序检验进行了很好的改进。
According to the characteristical of automatic lathe continual procedure and based on the practical feasibility, the schemes of proper spot check and exchangeable reamer are chosen. Model I, using computer to search, gets better result, to the second question, Modle II is established to reach the optimum design of working procedure by introducing profit function and analyzing the loss cost, and to the third question, predicting control is adopted ,so the working procedure is well improved.
