奥扎格林钠治疗早期脑梗死的疗效观察

The Effect Observation of Sodium Ozagrel for Injection on the Early Cerebral Infarction

目的观察丹奥对早期脑梗死患者的治疗效果.方法在临床选取早期脑梗死患者,随机分为两组各80例.治疗组在常规治疗的基础上,给丹奥对照组只用常规治疗.采用全国第四届脑血管病学术会议通过的"脑卒中患者临床神经功能缺损程度评分标准"进行疗效评定.结果丹奥治疗早期脑梗死,两周后评定临床神经功能缺损程度.结果优于对照组.结论丹奥治疗早期脑梗死,疗效明显,未发现不良反应,可作为治疗早期脑梗死的主要药物之一.

Objective To observe the effect of Sodium ozagrel for injection on early cerebral infarction.Methods 160 patients with early cerebral infarction were divided into two groups randomly,one group is treated with Sodium ozagrel for injection,the other group is treated with the normal method.The treated effect is evaluated by using stroke clinical nerve function defect criteria.Results Sodium ozagrel for injection treated early cerebral infarction,which effect was more obvious than control group after two weeks.Conclusion?Sodium ozagrel for injection can treat early cerebral infarction,it can be main medicine for treating early cerebral infarction.
