通过对新型干法水泥生产线运行效率的分析，认为新型干法水泥生产线的效率是一 个串联效率系统，因此为提高新型干法水泥生产线的运行效率，设备管理必须创新。设备管 理的创新包括管理理念的更新、组织机构的创新和技术手段及体系的创新等。

Through analyzing the running efficiency of the NSP cement product ion line,this article believes that the efficiency of the NSP cement production line is a serial efficiency system.Therefore,for the purpose of increasing the r unning efficiency of the NSP cement production line,innovation in the equipment management is necessary.The innovation in equipment management covers the changi ng the management concept,organizational innovation and innovation in technical measures and systems etc.
