Nanotechnology,the decisive technique in 21 century, has been widely used in different kinds of science field. Its application in pharmaceutical research for improving drug absorption, changing the body disposition, increasing the effect and its application in gene therapy, were reviewed in this article, which suggest that nanotechnology will certainly promote the development of pharmacy in the future.
