摘要
我国的高等医学教育承担着培养高素质卫生管理人才和各类各层次卫生专业人才的重任。社会的发展要求我国的高等医学教育顺应卫生人力资源市场的要求 ,加快自身的改革和发展 ,为我国的卫生体制改革和发展提供优秀的卫生储备人才 ,从而更好地发展我国的卫生事业。
The task of high medical education is to train the health management talent and all kinds of health professionals with high quality. Development of society requires that high medical education should adapt to market of health manpower and fasten reform and development of itself to supply the qualified health reserve talent for reform of health system and development.
