摘要
本文在简述结构件和整机寿命常用控制方法的基础上 ,结合我国实际着重论述了以耐久性和损伤容限为中心的现役发动机寿命控制方法的基本思想。提出了非单元体结构发动机整机寿命的关注点是翻修寿命而不是总寿命的观点。希望有助于推动损伤容限在现役发动机寿命控制中的应用。
On the basis of the life control methods in common use for aircraft engines and structures,a durability and damage tolerance centered approach is presented for the life control of in-service aircraft engines in consideration of the reality in China.It is pointed out that the focus of interests for the life of non-modular engines should be put on the time between overhaul (TBO) rather than on the total life,with special emphasis on the role of the concept and practical experience of damage tolerance in the analysis.The technical difficulties in assessing durability and damage tolerance are briefly considered.It is expected that this paper will facilitate the application of damage tolerance assessments to the life control of in-service engines.
