摘要
论述了两种集中供热、供冷方案的技术经济分析。方案 1是以天然气作为燃料 ,采用直燃式溴化锂机组实现冬季供热、夏季供冷。方案 2是以天然气作为燃料 ,采用热水锅炉实现冬季供热 ,以电为动力、采用离心式冷水机组实现夏季供冷。文章认为 :方案 2的工程总投资为方案 1的 64 %~ 84 % ;方案 1和方案 2的供热、供冷成本中 ,购天然气费用和电费分别是两个方案的可变成本的主要部分 ;
The technology economy analysis of two plans about central heating and cooling is discussed in this paper. Plan 1 is that heating in winter and cooling in summer is realized by gas direct fired lithium bromide absorbent type cool heaters using natural gas for fuel. Plan 2 is that heating in winter by water heaters using natural gas for fuel and cooling in summer by power driven centrifugal water cooler. The total investment of plan 2 is 64%~84% the amount of Plan 1. The cost of natural gas or electricity is respectively the main part of variable cost in the two plans. The feasibility in economy of the plans is decided by the character of the users and the prices of natural gas and electricity.
