摘要
目的 :探讨阿奇霉素对治疗小儿肺炎支原体 (MP)感染的疗效。方法 :78例肺炎支原体感染患儿分为二组 ,2 6例静脉注射阿奇霉素 ,5～ 10mg·kg/d ,5 2例静脉注射红霉素 ,2 0mg·kg/d。用药后第 8日均复查咽拭子PCR-支原体。结果 :应用阿奇霉素治疗的所有患儿 5～ 7天症状明显改善 ,其中 5例治疗后第 8天复查咽拭子PCR-支原体转阴 ,未发现明显副作用 ,较使用红霉素疗程明显缩短且副作用少。结论 :阿奇霉素用于治疗肺炎支原体感染有效 ,且患儿对其耐受性好。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of azith romycin on treating infant patients caused by mycoplasma pneumonia. METHODS: Seventy eight cases of children with positive Mp, 26 cases were treated with azithromysin at a dose of 5～10mg/(kg.d). 52 cases were treated with erythromycin at a dose of 20mg/(kg.d). All cases were taken for PCR-MP at the eighth day. RESULTS: Symptoms of all patients were improved 5～7 days after azithromycin treatment. The PCR-MP became negative in 5 cases 8 day after there by. No obvious gastrointestinal side effects were observed. The course of azithromycin treatment was much shorter than those of erythromycin treatment and showed few side effects. CONCLUSION: Azithromycin is effective in treating infant patients caused by Mp. Infant patients presents good tolerance for the treatment with azithromycin.
