摘要
本实验采用用辣根过氧化物酶(Horseradish Peroxidase.HRP)逆行追踪技术对鲫鱼尾部神经分泌系统的神经分泌细胞所在部位引入HRP后,HRP标记细胞定位在脑干的网状核,内侧纵束核,中脑背盖大细胞核等部侠,在网状核背外侧部还有一HRP阳性反应核团.除网状核以外,其余阳性反应核团的细胞都紧靠脑室腔周围.这样的分布可能更有利于尾部神经分泌系统的分泌活动的信息反馈调节.
The innervation of the caudal neurosecretory system of C. auratus is studied by retrograde horseradish peroxidase(HRP) technique. The neurosecretion cells. HRP-labelled neurons are located in the reticullar nucleus of the medulla(RMN), nucleus of the medial longitudinal fascicle(NMLF) and midbrain dorsal tegement mangnocellular nucleus(DTMN) located dorsal to the NMLF. furthermore, another HRP positive nucleus is also found in neurons dorsal-lateral to the RMN. Except RMN, the cells of other positive reaction nucleus are all close to the penetrating vessel of ventriculus cerebri. This situation maybe is more effective in the information feedback regulation of caudal neurosceretion.
