氯沙坦治疗高血压病临床疗效观察

Theraputic efficacy of losartan in essential hypertension

目的 :观察氯沙坦治疗高血压病的临床疗效。方法 :选择门诊符合高血压病诊断的 6 6例患者 ,随机分为两组 :治疗组用氯沙坦 5 0mg .qd口服。对照组用卡托普利 12 .5mg .Tid口服 ,两组均以 6周为一疗程。每周同一时间测血压 2次 ,6周末血压为治疗后血压。结果 :治疗组总有效率 93% ,对照组总有效率 76 .5 % ,组间比较有显著性差异 (p <0 .0 5 )。结论 :氯沙坦对轻中度高血压降压效果良好 。

Objective: To observe the effect of losartan in treating patients with essential hypertension . Methods: Sixty-six patients with essential hypertension were randomized to give losartan 50mg Qd(treatment group) and captopril 12. 5mg Tid(control group)for 6 weeks. The blood Pressure(BP) was measured twice a week and the efficscy was assessed by BP after 6 weeks therapy. Results: The BP was improved more significantly in treatment group than in control group (P<O. 05). Conclusions:losartan is an effective and safe antihypertension agent in essential hypertension.
