经皮内镜下胃造瘘术的临床应用

Percutaneous endoscopic gatrostoing clinical use

目的 :进一步总结经皮内镜下胃造瘘术 (PEG)的临床应用 ,强调PEG是内镜治疗学中可以完全替代传统剖腹胃造瘘术的成功典型。方法 :采用非剖腹经皮内镜下胃造瘘术 38例操作过程及注意事项进行了分析总结。结果 :PEG成功率高 ,38例中 37例成功 ,并发症少 ,放置时间较长。结论 :PEG安全、便捷、有效、经济 ,为患者提供了一个不需剖腹手术旋转胃造瘘管的新方法 。

Objective: Summing up the clinical use of Percutaneous Endoscopic Gatrostomy to emphysize that Percutaneous Endoscopic Gatrostomy is a successful tgpical case in Endoscopic Therapectioss. It can competely take the place of traditiond laparotre gatrostomy. Methods: To analysis and summarize the operation process and pointo for attention in 38 cases of percutaneous endoscopic gatrostomy. Results: 37 cases succeeded in the total 38 cases. It shows that percutaneous endoscopic gatrostomy has a high rate of success. The gatrostomic tubes can be place longer than traditional method and patients suffered less complications. Conclusions: As a new methods to place gatrostomic tubes no needing laparotomy, Percutaneous endoscopic gatrostomy shows its advandages safety,convenient,offective rappid and encononcic. So it is worth to spreading.
