摘要
应用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶圆盘电泳-特异性组织化学染色技术对颤蚓科(Tubificidae)中的三种—苏氏尾鳃蚓(Branchiura sowerbyi Beddard)、克拉泊水丝蚓(Limnodrilus clagaredianus Ratz.)和奥特开水丝蚓(Limnodrilus udekemianus Clap.)的EST、LDH和MDH同工酶进行比较分析研究。实验结果表明LDH同工酶具有多态现象,EST同工酶谱复杂,EST和MDH同工酶均准确反映出种属间的差异。因此,EST同工酶和MDH同工酶电泳酶谱可能成为寡毛类分类学上的生化指标。
The polyacrylamide disc gel electrophoresis-specific histochemical staining technique can be used to compare and analyse three kinds of isozymes (EST, LDH, MDH) of the three species (Branchiura sowerbyi Beddard, Limnodrilus claparedianus Ratzel, Limnodrilus udekemianus Claparede) in the Tubificidae. LDH isozyme has polymorphism. Zymogram of EST isozyme is rather complicated.Electrophorogram of both MDH isozyme and EST isozyme accurately reflects species-genera specificities. Therefore, both of them can be used as a good biochemical index on Oligochaeta Taxonomy.
