试谈飞机设计一体化教育——为庆祝我国航空工业创建40周年而作

Preliminary Study on the Integrated Education of Aircraft Designers

本文在概述40年来我国航空教育成就的基础上,提出了“飞机结构设计一体化”(IDMMMD/M)的构想,建议以此推动飞机设计专业的一体化教育改革,培养出适应2000年前后我国进入自行设计飞机高潮时所需要的合格人才。

This paper reviews briefly the history of Chinese aeronautical industry and the relevant education first and then tries to describe the present state of affairs regarding aircraft designers and their academic education. The authors suggest the idea of integrated aircraft structural design programs i. e. Integrated Design, Materials, Manufacturing, Maintenance and Diagnosis/Management( IDMMMD/M) as the first step to establish a more advanced educational program for the aircraft designers to cope with the requirements of the high-tech world war of the integrated army, navy, airforce and space, and hope that we may have qualified personnel keeping pace with the high tide of aircraftdesign by ourselves in the years around 2000.
