摘要
在高速走丝电火花线切割机上实现上下异型面切割是国内首创的锥度切割新技术,其中如何描述上下异型直纹曲面工件是上下异型面切割的关键之一。本文详细论述了适用于上下异型面切割的上下面独立编程方法,其原理就是用轨迹合成算法使两个独立的二维程序合成为一个四维联动的线性程序。在文[3]中,作者曾介绍了两种轨迹合成算法,但它们具有加工程序段数多和分割计算误差大的缺点。本文介绍的最少分割段数法是一种新的轨迹合成算法,使用该方法进行轨迹合成计算,既可以获得最少的加工程序段数,又可以保证分割计算精度。
The new technique of machining different top and bottom shapes is first realized with high speed wire electrodischarge machine (WEDM-HS) in China. The major problem in the new technique is how to program a workpiece of different top and bottom shapes exactly and uniquely[1][2]. This paper discusses in detail a method for programming top and bottom contours independently, which is applicable to the new technique of machining different top and bottom shapes. The principle of programming lies in joining two 2-D programs into one 4-D program by the help of linearization calculation. In paper [3], two methods for linearization calculation have been discussed by the authors, but there are disadvantages of long program and low calculation precision. What will be discussed in this paper is a new method of linearization calculation known as the method of minimum segment, with which both minimum segment and high calculation precision can be obtained.
