原发性青光眼中医辨证分型与视野损害的关系

TCM Syndrome Differentiation and Damage of Visual Field in Primary Glaucoma

目的:探讨原发性青光眼(绿风内障、青风内障)中医辨证分型与视野损害的关系。方法:采用国产TBC—2型中心视野分析仪对原发性青光眼77例122眼作中心30o全定量视野检测,同时根据中医理论对患者作中医辨证分型,观察二者之间关系。结果:青风内障较绿风内障视野损害程度更为严重、重度视野损害更多发生(P<0.01),但中医证型与视野损害的类型无统计学意义(P>0.05),中医证型与视野损害程度亦无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:视野损害在不同类型青光眼(绿内内障、青风内障)中有不同的表现,可作为了解青光眼类型及患者视功能的一种手段,但不能作为辨证分型的指标。

Objective:To explore the relationship between TCM syndrome differentiation and damage of visual field in primary glaucoma(including“greenish glaucoma”and“bluish glaucoma”).Methods:77 cases(122 eyes) of glaucoma were examined by TBC-2 central visual field analyser and classified by TCM syndrome differentiation,and the relationship between two aspects was observed.Results:The damage of visual field of “bluish glaucoma”is more serious than that of “greenish glaucoma”(P < 0.01). But there was no statistical significance (P > 0.05) between TCM syndrome differentiation and types as well as severity of visual field damage.Conclusion:The visual field damages in various types of glaucoma (“greenish”and “bluish”)have different manifestation and may serve as a measure to understand the visual function but cannot serve as the index of syndrome differentiation.
