摘要
目的 探讨耳、鼻、咽、喉及颈部血管CT仿真内镜 (CTVE)成像的方法和技巧。材料与方法 使用HispeedCT i螺旋CT扫描仪 ,扫描层厚 1.0~ 3.0mm ,螺距 1.0~ 1.5 ,间隔 0 .1~ 1.5mm ,应用NavigatorSmooth功能对 14 4例患者进行各种头颈部CTVE成像。结果 全部病例都获得了满意的CTVE图像 ,通过选择不同的观察方位、角度和阈值 ,CTVE能清楚显示靶器官内正常解剖结构的立体影像和病变的部位、大小、形态及其侵犯范围。 10 5例经纤维内镜和 或手术证实的病例中 ,CTVE显示病变的准确率为 95 %。结论 高质量的头颈部CTVE图像依赖于扫描及图像重建参数的合理选择和匹配 ,选择合适的观察方位及阈值 ,以及操作者的技巧和熟练程度。
Objective To study the practical imaging methods and skills of CT virtual endoscopy (CTVE) for the ear, nasal cavity, pharynx, larynx and cervical vessels.Materials and Methods With a GE HiSpeed CT/i unit CTVE of the head and neck was performed in 144 cases by using slice thickness of 1.0~3.0mm, pitch of 1.0~1.5, reconstruction interval of 0.1~1.5mm and navigator smooth function.Results Satisfactory CTVE images were obtained in all cases. By adjusting viewpoint, orientation and threshold values, CTVE could clearly stereoscopically display the normal anatomy and the location, size and extension of the lesions. The accuracy of CTVE in detecting lesions was 95% in 105 endoscopically or surgically proved cases.Conclusion To obtain a high quality CTVE image depends on proper selection and matching of scanning and reconstruction parameters, appropriate viewpoint direction and threshold values, and as well as operator's skill and experience.
