目的 观察针刺胃经上的下合穴——足三里、上巨虚、下巨虚治疗十二指肠溃疡的疗效 ,并探讨这 3个下合穴治疗十二指肠溃疡的相对特异性。方法 6 4例十二指肠溃疡患者随机分为 4组 ,即 A组 (足三里 +雷尼替丁 ) 16例 ,B组 (上巨虚 +雷尼替丁 ) 16例 ,C组 (下巨虚 +雷尼替丁 ) 17例 ,D组 (雷尼替丁 ) 15例。结果 在十二指肠溃疡疼痛消失时间、幽门螺杆菌 (HP)清除率以及次要症状的改善方面 ,3个针刺组均优于雷尼替丁组 ;各针刺组相比 ,足三里的疗效又优于上巨虚和下巨虚 ,而上巨虚和下巨虚效果相似。结论 针刺胃经上的下合穴——足三里、上巨虚、下巨虚 ,对十二指肠溃疡均具有较好的治疗作用 ;且这

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of the three Lower He(sea) points, e.g, Zusanli(ST 36), Shangjuxu (ST 37) and Xiajuxu (ST 39), in the treatment of the duodenal ulcer and investigate the specificity of the three points.Methods Sixty four subjects were randomized into 4 groups: group A with 16 cases treated by Zusanli (ST 36) and cimetidine, group B with 16 cases treated by Shangjuxu (ST 37) and cimetidine, group C with 17 cases treated by Xiajuxu (ST 39) and cimetidine and group D with 15 cases treated by cimetidine.Results In the disappearance of pain, clearance of HP and the improvement of symptoms, the former three groups did better than the latter group; among the former three groups, in the effects were better in group A than either group B or group C, but without any difference between group B and group C.Conclusion The three points were quite effective against duodenal ulcer, and with relative specificity.
