腕踝针治疗麦粒肿疗效分析

Treatment of Hordeolum by Wrist-ankle Acupuncture

目的 观察腕踝针对麦粒肿的临床疗效。方法 运用腕踝针治疗 2 16麦粒肿并与西药比较疗效。结果 腕踝针治疗效果明显优于西药 (P<0 .0 0 5 )。病程 3d以内的患者疗效明显高于 3d以上者(P<0 .0 0 5 )。中医辨证分型中风热外袭型疗效明显优于其他三型 (P<0 .0 0 5 )。结论 腕踝针对麦粒肿初起 (3d以内 ) 。

Objective To observe the clinical effects of wrist ankle acupuncture on hordeolum. Methods Wrist ankle acupuncture was applied in 216 cases and western medicines were used in control group. Results The wrist ankle acupuncture has better effects than western medicines ( P <0.005); those within 3 day disease obtained better effects than those above 3 day disease ( P <0.005); the effects were better for exogenous wind invasion pattern than other three patterns ( P <0.005). Conclusion Wrist ankle acupuncture has good effects on hordeolum within 3 days, especially the those caused by exogenous wind.
