摘要
本文研究了溶液法制备含氯量20~40%的氯化聚乙烯(CPE)弹性体的反应条件,并考察了CPE对PVC共混改性中,CPE的份数、氯含量等对改性材料抗冲强度的影响,并和悬浮法CPE的改性性能进行了比较.
This work studied the preparation of chlorinated polyethlene (CPE) elastomer by solution method. Suitable technical conditions were selected. The product contained 20 ~40% chlorine content. The modification of PVC by mixing with CPE was undertaken to find the effects of the amount of CPE and the chlorine content on the impact strength of the modified material. The results were compared with that of the blending of CPE prepared by suspension method.
