摘要
本文利用芳烃化合物的芳环数和比保留体积的对数之间的线性关系,求取了液体CO_2亚临流体色谱的死体积,并进而测得若干芳烃化合物在液体CO_2-ODS色谱柱上的容量因子.实验结果表明,芳烃化合物的容量因子,随着芳烃化合物分子量的增加而增加,其中对无取代基的芳烃化合物,其容量因子的对数与分子结构中的芳环数目之间有显著的线性关系.
With the help of linear relation between the aromatic ring numbers in aromatic hydrocarbon molecules and the logarithm of their adjusted retention volumes, the dead volume of the suberitical fluid chromatography, and then the capacity factors of some aromatic hydrocarbons were determined, while liquified CO_2 was used as the mobile phase and YWG-C_(18)H_(37) was used as the stationary phase. The experimental results show that the linear relation is evident between the logarithm of aromatic hydrocarbon capacity factors and the aromatic ring numbers in the aromatic hydrocarbon molecules.
