Introduction to the Second Plenary Meeting of ITU-T IMT-2000 SSG

2001年5月7～11日在日内瓦ITU总部召开了ITU-TIMT-2000及后IMT-2000特别研究组的20012004年研究期第二次全会。会议仍然保留了原先设定的8个课题,敲定了8个课题的目标、范围、输出文件和工作计划等内容,以便于各工作组真正开展技术工作,部分课题的技术报告取得了阶段性的进展。文章对课题的进展情况以及形成的文件和报告分别进行了介绍。

The second plenary meeting of ITU-T IMT-2000 and BEYOND IMT-2000 SSG 20012004 research period was held in ITU headquarter Geneva from May 7th to May 11th 2001. The meeting remains the original eight study questions and defines the objectives research scope document output and work program of the eight questions so that the working groups may carry out the technical work. And phased progress has been made for the technical reports of part of the questions. The progress made in the eight questions and the formed documents and reports is introduced repectively.
