摘要 摘要本文以6mol/L HNO_3两次分离贱金属,王水溶金.采用旋转玻碳电极一Ag/AgCl参比电极一铂对极三电极系统的半微分阳极溶出伏安法,建立了测定痕量金的新极谱法.对阳极泥、萃取液、萃余液中的金进行了测定.本法适用于含金0.0003~0.5wt%阳极泥和含金0.060~100μg/ml试液的测定。无需除氧、萃取、富集过程。由于线性范围广,故可满足各种含金试样的测定。本法快速简便、准确精密. New polarographic method for the determination of trace gold has been established. After a cheap metal was separated twice with 6 mol/ L HNO_3solution, and the sample was decomposed by aqua regia, semi-differential ASV for the determination of gold has been established by rotary glassy-carbon—Ag/ AgCl—platinum three-electrode potentiostat. The method has been used for the determination of gold in anode mud, extract solution and the remains. The method is suitable for determination of 0.0003~05 wt% gold in anode mud or 0.060~100μg/ ml gold in solution. It is not necessary to remove dissolved oxygen and to extract or concentrate gold. The method can meet the needs of determination of different gold samples, because the analytical range is very wide. The method is not only fast, simple and convenient; but also accurate and precise.
