摘要
本文研究了萃取剂环己烷对制取甲基丙烯酸甲酯反应规律的影响。在反应温度70~80℃,MAM:CH_3OH:H_2O:H_2SO_4:环己烷=1:2:3:1.7:0.5,并在消除两相传质阻力条件下,求得了MMA萃取酯化反应本征动力学方程及MMA,MAA在两相的分配关系。
The effect of extractant (cyclohcsane) on the esterification in the preparation of MMA was studied. An cmperical kinetic equation for preparing MMA with estractive esterification and the partition coefficients of the MMA and MAA between the two phases were obtained. With the temperature range in between 70~80 ℃ and the mole ratio: MAM :CH_3OH : H_2O :H_2SO_4=1 : 2:3: 1.7 : 0.5.
