As the mobile communications in China booms, the service support systems of operators will be confronted with opportunities and chal- lenges: satisfying the needs of constantly increasing number of subscribers, following up closely with the mobile and interconnection development, con- forming to unified technical specifications, taking an active part in the market competition after the entry into WTO. On the other hand, mobile application integrators who assume the construction and improvement of the service support systems of operators should constantly upgrade and innovate their software products, application solutions and application integration mechanism, while providing comprehensive service support and superior engineering management for operators.
