Analysis and Countermeasure Research of Problems in New-term College Teachers' Ideological and Political Work

本文对新时期高校教师思想政治工作中存在的问题和对策进行分析研究 ;认为高校教师思想政治工作存在着缺乏深入研究、针对性不强 ,缺乏激励、有效性不强 ,缺乏创新、主动性不强等三方面的问题 ,并有针对性地提出了相应的工作对策。

This article has made an analysis and research of the Zhejiang University of Technology Hangzhon Zhejiang 310032, China problems in new-term college teachers' ideological and political work. The three problems analysed in this article include poor pertinence from lack of deep investigation, poor validity from lack of stimulation and poor motivation from lack of innovation. Directed against these problems this article puts forward some countermeasures.
