高校青年教师师德师风的自我认识

Self-Recognition of the Morality and style of Young Teacher in chiversitiesand coneges

本文通过对部分青年教师对师德师风自我认识的调查分析 ,发现青年教师的自我评价较高。同时 ,通过对一些相关数据的比较 ,指出了一些存在于青年教师身上的几个值得关注的问题。并针对此提出对师德师风建设的几点建议。

By investigating some young teachers who recognze morality and style by themselves, It shows that young teachers overrate themselves.Meanwhile,by comparing relative data,the author points out that more attention should be pay to several problems about young teachers.Based on these,the paper presents several suggestions to improve morality and style of teachers.
