摘要
新经济对全球经济产生了巨大冲击。本文首先提出了企业意识和企业意识管理的概念与理论。并分析了企业意识和企业文化的区别 ,给出了企业意识管理的目标。接着对新经济环境下企业意识和企业意识系统的内容作了较详细的介绍。
New economy has been giving great impact to the global economy. The article firstly advances the conception and theory of Enterprise Consciousness and Enterprise Consciousness Management.Scondly,the difference between Enterprise Consciousness and Enterprise Culture was given,and the aim of ECM also.Then has a detailed introduction on the content of EC and ECS under new economy.Lastly an important investgation was given to how to carry out the ECM successfully and the key elements.
