介绍了用正弦脉宽调制 ( SPWM)技术实现调频调幅输出的串联谐振式电源的工作原理。该电源采用了 IGBT模块构成的半桥逆变电路 ,它具有 IGBT驱动、过压、过流、过热保护及故障锁定功能。
It introduces the operation principle of serial resonance power supply adopting SPWM technique to realize frequency/amplitude modulation. The power supply adopts the half-bridge inversion circuit. The power supply has the functions of IGBT driver, over-voltage protection, over-current protection, over-heat protection and fault locking.
