先天性冠状动脉瘘的诊断与外科治疗(附1例报告及文献复习)

Diagnosis and surgical treatment of congenital coronary artery fistula:a case report and review of literature

通过对 1例患者的治疗并结合文献复习 ,探讨其临床表现及诊治方法。单纯依靠病史和体格检查很难作出正确诊断 ,彩色超声心动图对确诊有一定价值 ,逆行升主动脉或选择性冠状动脉造影为确诊的最佳手段。本病一旦确诊 ,应尽早手术。体外循环下直视冠状动脉瘘修复术是安全、可靠的治疗方法。

The clinical manifestations and methods of diagnosis and surgical treatment of one patient were reported and the literature related was reviewed.It is difficult to make a correct diagnosis only by case history and physical examination. Colour echocardiography is very important for diagnosis.And ascending aortic or selective coronary artery angiography can help to diagnose correctly.Once the disease is diagnosed,the patient should be operated as early as possible.The safe surgical treatment is to repair the coronary artery fistula under cardiopulmonary bypass(CPB).
