摘要
总结分析以清肝化瘀法为主治疗慢性粒细胞白血病 5 2例的远期疗效。结果表明 ,中数生存期 76个月 ,生存期大于 96个月 2 0例 ,5年生存率为 85 % ,明显优于单用靛玉红、甲异靛、羟基脲、马利兰等药物的临床疗效。提示 ,在中医整体辨证的理论指导下 ,运用清肝化瘀的同时 ,扶正固本、疏肝解郁、调畅情志、整体治疗 ,能有效地提高血液肿瘤患者的生存质量 ,延长其生存期。
To summarize and analyze curative effect on 52 cases of Chronic Myelogenous Leukemia(CML) by clearing away liver fire and dispersing blood stasis.The results show that median life cycle of 52 cases is 76 months,life cycle of 20 cases is more than 96 months.Surival ratio of five years is 85%,which is much better than that only with Indirubin or Hydroxycarbamide,Myleram and so on.Guidance by differentiation and integrity theory of TCM,cases with CML were treated by clearing away liver fire and dispersing blood stasis,also using supporting the healthy energy and strengthening the body resistance,dispersing the depressed liver energy,regulating the emotion.Survival quality of the patient with CML would be improved,and the life cycle would be prolonged.
