摘要
削片时,木材受到飞刀、刀盘、进料槽及进料机构的作用力。这些力的状况影响木片质量、削片能耗及削片机的载荷。根据平面力系静力平衡条件及木材的力学性质求出了这些力的相互关系,并分析了影响这些力的几何因素及物理因素。
Forces are put on the wood by the knives, the disc, the feeding trough, and the feeding mechanism when a disc chipper works. They can be determined by means of static balance. The forces affect the quality of the chip, cutting energy consumption, and load of the machine. It is important to know the forces when designing a chipper.
