综合疗法治疗下颈椎不稳症106例

Clininal Analysis on Combination of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine for Treating 106 Cases of Hypomere Vertebrae Cervicales Unstable

分析综合疗法治疗下颈椎不稳症 10 6例的临床疗效。 10 6例均采用内服自拟壮骨颈复汤和全天麻胶囊及自我按摩、运动康复等疗法。结果 :随访 10 1例 ,治愈 67例 ,好转 3 2例 ,无效 2例 ,总有效率为 98 0 2 %。目前中医学并无下颈椎不稳症的病名 ,而现代医学亦很少将其视为独立疾病加以诊断。将本病作为独立病症提出并分析其产生的病因、病理及诊断和治疗 ,有着重要的临床意义。说明本病关键在于早期诊断 。

To analyze the effect clinical of comibined use of TCM and WM therapy for treating 106 cases of Hypomere Vertebrae Cervicales Unstable.The case HVCU use to be taken orally self prescribed Zhuanggu Jinfu Decoction and Rhizoma Gastrodiae capsule,to oneself massage,to motion recovered therapy,etc.The results showed that gain investigation 101 cases(95 28%),treatment of 67 cases were cured(66 34%),32 cases were improved (31 68%),and 2 cases were of no avail(1 98%),total efficiency rate was 98 02%.There isnot the name of Hypomere Vertebrae Cervicales Unstable in traditional Chinese medicine at present,and it is diagnosed little to look upon as independent disease.The article look upon it as an independent disease and to put forward the illness,and to analyze the pathogeny,pathology,diagnosis,treatment of the disease.This has vital clinical significance.The key to the question was diagnosis of early stage and therapy in time.
