中西医结合治疗卵巢癌疗效评估

Estimation on the Treatment Effect of 90 Patients with Ovarian Cancer by Traditional Chinese Medicine and Chemotherapy

临床收集 12 0例卵巢癌术后患者 ,分为治疗组 :新加增免抑瘤方合化疗组 ( 90例 ) ,对照组 :单纯化疗组( 3 0例 ) ,两组病例均于治疗后 3月、1年各做 1次外周血T细胞亚群的检测 ,并于治疗后 1年、2年分别做生活质量的统计 ,同时观察两组的转移复发率以及Ⅲ ,Ⅳ期的 5年生存率。结果表明 :治疗组晚期卵巢癌的 5年生存率( 5 0 % )高于对照组 ( 3 3 3 % ) ,治疗组治疗 1年后的生活质量高于对照组 (P <0 0 1) ,而 2年后的生活质量与对照组无显著差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ;治疗组治疗 3个月后的CD4、CD4/CD8值高于对照组 (P <0 0 1) ,治疗组治疗 1年后的CD4、CD4/CD8值仍旧高于对照组 (P <0 0 1) ;治疗组的转移复发率 ( 7 1% )低于对照组 ( 2 0 % )。结论 :中西医结合治疗卵巢癌能够提高晚期卵巢癌的 5年生存率 ,提高患者术后第 1年的生活质量 ,调整患者机体免疫状况 ,并能降低转移复发率。

Objective :To observe the treat effect of ovarian cancer by traditional Chinese medicine and chemotherapy. Methods :We collect 120 patients of ovarian cancer after surgical operation,and randomize them into 2 groups.The treatment group treats with Xinjia Zengmian Yiliu Fang(XJZMYL) and chemotherapy( n =90);The control group treats with only chemotherapy( n =30).The 2 groups are all determined T cell subsets after treating 3 months and 1 year,and their life qualities are made by statistics after treating 1 year and 2 years.The rate of recurrence and transference,and the 5 year existence rate in Ⅲ,Ⅳ phase are also observed. Results :The 5 year existence rate of later period ovarian cancer in treatment group(50%) is higher than control(33 3%).The life qualities after operation 1 year in treatment group are also higher than control( P <0 01).But the 2 years life qualities have no significant difference from control.The value of CD4,CD4/CD8 of the treatment group after trearting 3 months is higher than control( P <0 01),and still higher than vontrol( P <0 01) after treating 1 year.The rate of recurrence and transference in treatment group (7 1%) are lower than control(20%). Conclusions :Traditional Chinese medicine and chemotherapy can improve the 5 years existence rate of later period ovarian cancer,and the 1 year life quality after surgical operation.They can also adjust immune function of patients,reduce the rate if recurrence and transference.
